| Well, I'm twenty-two now. A year has progressed, I feel much wiser for it.
2 years with Dick Smith as of the 18th, a new house which I don't see me moving out of for quite some time on the books today, connecting with someone really strongly at the moment.
Life is good, one of the better stages it's been at! I've made some awesome new friends as of recent who I adore spending time with and with the new house will be able to see them as well as my older close friends a lot more (Big sis, I'm looking at you with that most of all!).
When this crosses over to Facebook, think I'll tag a few people. The new people I've met and the old people I miss. Life is really pressing forward for me! Hopefully can get my other projects back on track after I settle into the new house and business venture also.
It's been a different year, and I've learnt a lot from it. About time I put it all into practice.

| Wow, few things have happened in the last few days!
Most importantly, I'm moving house again! I'll be back in Box Hill right near the station for at least the next two years. Very excited about this as it means I'll be a lot more accessible and also go out more due to the ease of a 5 minute walk to the station. Nicole will be with me temporarily but then my two good friends from Ballarat Tim and Tobye will be the ones I live with.
Also decided to buy a PS3 Slim with eight games. Plenty to get me started. PSNID is DarkYoshii so add me or comment me what yours is so I can add you back!
I get the lease for the house on my birthday! I'll be paying $130 a week for the master bedroom, works fine by me considering the size. Shall also be doing my taxes to get a (hopefully) decent return for a new computer. Unless the fund vanishes YET AGAIN! >_> Seems to keep happening.

| Well, for once I've done a fair bit in a day off!
Lisa came over in the morning and visited me. We watched Big Bang Theory and Knight Rider, just generally just relaxed. Had a stack of fun! Went to finally try The Pie Shed, their kangaroo pies are excellent!
From there I went to a house inspection in Box Hill. I'm VERY positive about this house for a variety of reasons.
-Just on the market
-Cheap rent
-Lack of people checking it out
-Agent said they need a tenant urgently
House seemed decent, right near the Centro. Two bedrooms are attached as in you have to get through one to get to the other though and they're kind of small. I dont know how much my other two potentials own, hopefully not much. Woulda been nice if they could have seen the place with me. Also popped into my old workplace and saw Alan there before dashing off to the city to Dungeon Crawl.
As USUAL, I left games in hand.

| That's about all I'm going to say about it though. I'm way too blasted to even contemplate typing up a review on it. Moving details have changed, it seems I've finally settled on where and who I'm moving with. Tim and Tobye from Ballarat, friends of mine from long long ago and still very trusted friends of mine want to move back to Melbourne. Always wanted to live with those guys so it seems Box Hill is where I'm headed. Yes, back where I started at Dick Smith. One GIANT CIRCLE! >_> I really want Nicole to come with so I'm trying to organise that also. I don't want to leave Nicole in the dark, she's too strong of a friend of mine to do that but this is an oppurtunity I cannot and shall not miss. I just hope it all plays out well.

| Think I really, realy need to go see the dentist.
Ive had this toothache and linked headache since Tuesday, it's now Friday...
Now getting it for half a day was normal every few weeks but this just hasn't stopped. I checked my teeth the other day and noticed I've chipped that specific tooth again and the nerve must be incredibly exposed.
Bluntly put, that tooth is screwed and I need to get it fixed. The consequences of neglect I suppose.
However, I've got to save to move house as well. I can't frankly afford to spend money on other things. Even though I have a Health Care Card and Medicare, I assume it'd still cost a fortune.
I may just need to ride it out until we move house. That could be a couple of weeks from now or longer. Ugh...

| I return from Melbourne, headache in tow. That said, I feel fresher than ever really. I really needed that week to just escape and chill. I had a brilliant time in Adelaide and wouldn't take it back. Met some wonderful new people and had engaging experiences even from before I left Melbourne. Not so much when I returned to the dank weather though.
Feels a little odd not having Kashii around as I've been hanging out with her the entire week. I'll no doubt see her again soon though!

| Today has been a very basic day. Woke up at 10AM or so and freshened up. We grabbed the Perth Guy who's staying in our backpacker room and met up with Techa and Bass0r in Rundle Mall EB. Picked up Breath of Fire III for $29.95 as I don't remember owning it. XD
Either way, we all went to a lovely 24 HOURS PANCAKE STORE! WEEEW! They were renovating but it was lovely. Bass0r couldn't eat with us alas and had to leave. Took photos of the meal which I'll upload later.
After that it was shopping time! Pulp Fiction Comics was first, found a stack of comics from Prototype, Resistance, Gears of War 2 and Starcraft. Manga ahoy also like Star Trek TNG lolwut.
After that we moved just up to Haigh's Chocolates. There's some in Melbourne but I don't care, I love it anyway. Bought a few truffles. Eating them now actually, man they're tasty!
From there we went to Shintokyo and as usual, stacks of crap there I want. Gonna go back on the weekend, 20% off and some box sets for half price! =D I believe after that Perth Guy went back to the hostel.
Come to think of it, all we did for the start of the day was prtty much stop. Talked to a busker who likes Melbourne, he said something along the lines of.
"I like Melbourne. I only visited once. I won Red Faces, and found $50 while walking around... I like Melbourne" - Champion guy though.
Cari-An went to Borders and I vanished back to the hostel to take a nap. Small nap later everyone else had arrived in this room. Tiff, Candice, Laura (In a private room but here), Craig, Tegan and Shadz. We all rocked out to a shopping centre and ate there. Honestly, that was kinda boring but at least I got to 'experience' Adelaide transport.
Came back, back at the hostel typing this. As said, pretty basic relaxing day. Tomorrow is AVCon set up and weekend so expect a LOT of photos. Today I'm fairly sure all I took photos of is food and the clown.

| Well, I'm in Adelaide now in the backpackers. =D
I'll probably be updating very frequently with quick bites. Just easier that way really.
Cari-An and I stayed at Cooee in St. Kilda last night and had three others staying in the dorm.
-Dave, who was Aussie
-Christian, who was English
-Sjeord, who was Dutch
All three were fun in their own ways.
Dave was drunk on goon and generally a nice person to chat to. Liked Tekken.
Christian was 'toasted' as Cari-An put it and just a laugh to talk to!
Sjeord was also fairly out of it and pretended to complain about noise, but that actually made things awkward and we all slept. Stupid Dutchman. XD
Talked about all kinds of weird stuff. Weirdest had to be about wombats and how they crap out cubes bluntly put. Christian noted what if they were not up to scratch and it was more of a rhombus to which Sjeord added 'So, a Rhombat'? Good call was good.
Anyway, awake at 5:30AM to get to the flight. Margeret was on our flight also! That all went smoothly and nothing to really report occured. We flew a plane, I slept on it.
Getting to Adelaide was a little more fun. After going to the bank and withdrawing money, as well as spending about ten minutes talking to the bank staff about where to go (And really getting nowhere) we checked into our respective hostels and found this awesome little cupcake shop! Aw, man those cupcakes were awesome and the hot chocolate...**Dies** Too good. The lady was very nice as well and a bloody good salesperson. We wouldn't have bought the hot chocolate if she didn't insist as hardly for us to try it for free first.
Also ran into a Haigh's Chocolates up here, it's huuuge. Haven't been in yet but I know I'll go in there. Damn you Janet for getting me onto those chocolates! >_<;;
Otherwise there's not too much else to report. Bought a vest from an op shop for $8.50 and ate lunch as a pasta joint. Everything else has stayed simple since that point.
Chances are nothing else will really happen until dinner and that'll just be dinner. I'll take photos of the food for all to see. Time for a nap...

| Well, I'm off to Adelaide tomorrow early in the morning. I'm at a backpackers now with Cari-An as the flight leaves too early to stay at mine or hers. I've bought a new camera so I'll be taking plenty of photos hopefully of cosplay and all other kinds of stuff going on throughout the week.
I'll also keep a day-by-day (Hopefully) blog of my going ons.
Might as well start with today as I had a killer day!

Woke up in the morning and travelled to the city to the Aquarium with a once lost, now found friend Janet! Lovely girl, I must say XD But yes, she has a bank of knowledge on so many fishes and other marine aspects so it really made the trip a lot more fun. I may not have seemed too energetic but in my defense it was the morning and I'm in holiday mode. I really had a good time though.
The penguin exhibit was on as well! I tried to take photos but I'm still getting used to the camera. Need to make the shutter speed faster. Hilarious to watch them though as they swim down then stop swimming and uncontrollably float back up XD.
Took Janet to Cat Fase later on to check out some t-shirts but before you know it our little time alloted was up and she had to ride off to work. We'll be catching up again after Adelaide to do a little clothes shopping of sorts.
Now thanks to the power of Twitter I knew Bech was in the city so within ten minutes I was chilling with him. Walking quest later throughout QV and I was on a train home.
Everything was packed and re-packed to be safe then before you know it I'm off to meet Cari-An in the city. We went to Meiji for dinner, ordered Tonkatsu, Vegetable Tempura, Fried Potato Cakes and Crab Croquettes (Or as Cari-An put it "Basically Fish and Chips") and as I went to pay I reached into my wallet and...
...
...I left my bank card at home. The one thing I never leave. I left it. >_>
I'll need to hit up a bank moment I get to Adelaide and withdraw some funding I suppose. Still sucks but nothing I can do about it until Nicole brings up my card. Apart from that hiccup though I've had a blast so far! Date with Janet went wonderfully, chillin with Bech went wonderfully and relaxing at the backpackers really is nice. Might move to the couches and watch TV soon though.

| Well, finally upgraded my phone. Got sick of the slow OS on the W910i so I finally bit the bullet and purxhased an iPhone 3GS 32 GB. I'm actually very happy with the phone, it does all I need it to but I'm sure there is more to explore. The only concern I have is I may not use all the cap I have. Perhaps this is just a sign to be more social or something I don't know. I do miss being close to the city and close to my friends. But I can whittle away on this a little now I suppose. I'm actually posting this from my iPhone using the LiveJournal app. Keyboard is easy to use. Oh we came second at the Guitar Hero comp, so no Tivo but oh well. | Occasionally you have those nights where you remember so much and clasp onto it so tightly, vowing never to forget it. So many memories flash through your eyes so quickly, it's hard to process them all at once. Yet there they are, making me smile. Making me silently cry, wishing I had more to remember. But, all I have is what I have now. It needs to be treasured and held onto tightly.
The funeral is running through my head so strongly. The words I spoke, the tears that left me and stained the floor beneath me. Tears of sadness for losing the most important person, yet tears of happiness for being privileged with all the memories I could share with those in the room. Memories I continue to share with people to this day, memories that continue to run through my head and make me push that little extra distance. To never give up and to stand for what you believe in.
Mother, your soul shall always be with me and I'll always strive to be the best I can. Let that raging fire never burn out.

Went out to a party Friday night, was a blast. Drank a little with friends, stayed at another friends house and generally partied hard. Good times, good times.
Today was spent at QV doing nothing of great significance. Oh, I went to the Model Expo as well however that was frankly probably a waste of my money and time. It was well presented but just not quite what I was after.
Ah, also have poured any free time I have into Star Ocean 4. If you don't have that game yet, why not? Go and get it, brilliant title! Dungeon Crawl should have it in and hopefully in Collectors as well!

I should have probably gone to the MOC meeting today. There's too many things that are just riling me. If I'm not working, I should start showing up if I'm able. People are probably not gonna like me there though, I'm a _completely_ different person when it comes to business. XDD As much as I love everyone outside of MOC meetings, in them I'm pretty much hating on everyone. Imagine my mother's personality. Business Brad = Mother's personality. It's rather entertaining to watch if you haven't seen me get irritated before but it gets the job done. Sitting around having a tea party and happy little debates won't solve shit, need pressure and to get the point across.

| I wound up working at Eastland on Sunday, was a nice change. I really miss working at a small store and it's completely different. No complaints whatsoever and the customers there are awesome. Infact, one of them came to Knox today just to see me and bought a laptop as Eastland didn't have it.
They have my number and told me they'll call if they need shifts, they seemed to like my work! I didn't know I could work at smaller stores though. So yeah, hear that Glen/Box Hill/Forest Hill? I can cover if you need me to! =D Hell, even Preston I'll take shifts at. I don't mind doing the travel every now and again to work with such a great team again.
Still settling into Knox one step at a time, Kevin is still a champ but I still feel really uneasy. >_<
